The service

PPWR Compliance.com turns your order data and your packaging descriptions into per-country packaging weight summaries for EU EPR reporting. Purchased declaration packs are one-time purchases covering the uploaded order period.

Not legal advice

PPWR Compliance.com is a calculation aid. It is not legal advice, not a filing service, and not a registration service. Outputs are computed from data you provide; their accuracy depends on the accuracy of your inputs. You remain responsible for your registrations, filings, and fees with national schemes, and for verifying current requirements before submitting.

Data processing

Where we process order data on your behalf we do so only to provide the service, per our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. We process only the minimum fields needed, discard personal data during parsing, delete on the schedules stated there, and apply the security measures stated there. Subprocessors are listed in the privacy policy; we remain responsible for their handling of your data.

Fair use and availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Purchased packs are retrievable for 400 days; export your CSV copies for your own records.

Refunds

If a purchased pack is materially wrong due to a defect in our calculation, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it or refund the purchase.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for regulatory fines, indirect loss, or loss of profit.
