EU packaging declarations, from your order data

France: CITEO declarations and the IDU, from your Shopify data

France runs household-packaging EPR primarily through CITEO. Registering gets you the IDU (Identifiant Unique), the identifier marketplaces like Amazon France require from sellers, and creates an annual declaration obligation:

Why the polymer split matters financially

Fee modulation. Recyclable mono-materials are priced differently from problem plastics, so a declaration that lumps everything under "plastique" can cost more than one that shows 90% of your plastic is PE mailer film. Knowing your split usually pays for the effort of knowing it.

Getting the numbers out of Shopify

PPWR Compliance.com turns your order export plus a one-time description of your packaging into the French declaration lines: weights per material with plastics split by polymer, and parcel counts per line, the same shape CITEO's form asks for.
